Basic
Precise and potent, basic Barre exercises with special focus on placement and arm positions will give you the essential stepping stones towards your ballet development, or will realigne your technique if you haven't danced in a while. Basic steps and arm positions(port de bras) will be studied in Center.
The 1h15mn class can easily complete your personal fitness program.
Intermediate
This popular class fits you best if you have practised ballet for
a few years or you are already familiar with the basic positions
and principles of technique. You will develop coordination, practise pirouettes and jumps.
